I know you are doing this game for the fun of making a real classic adventure game and to please the fans (and I hope you'll keep your word after the campaign is over, but I'll trust you (for now
)), but do you think a real retro game like Thimbleweed Park - with its 80s graphics and verb GUI - can be an (albeit small) indie hit.

We do plan to stay true to the retro vision of the game- we both very much want to make a classic game
and we're very nostalgic about it- we're also very grateful to our backers who share in our vision.
We do think the game has the potential to be a hit- as long as we stay true and build a great game
in that genre.
