Es handelt sich dabei zwar eher um ein Action-Adventure aber vielleicht sind einige hier ja doch interessiert ein wenig zu der Entwicklung des Spiels beizusteuern.

The goal of Lifeless Planet is to put the “adventure” back in "action-adventure.” I grew up loving games like Out of this World, The Dig, and ICO, and I want to create a gaming experience in the spirit of those classic adventure games.

THE STORY:

In the last few years, scientists have actually discovered over 1,000 new planets outside our solar system, and a few of those may be similar to earth.

In Lifeless Planet, you’ll get to explore one of those distant worlds. But you’ll quickly discover the planet is a barren wasteland. Mysteriously you’ll also find evidence that other explorers had already set foot on the planet...many years ago...and you’ll struggle to explain the existence of another human in this desolate place. Will you be able to put aside your skepticism and follow her to preserve your life?

So sehr ich auch (nahezu) jedem Projekt viel Glück wünsche, Action-Adventure bleibt Action-Adventure.
"Tomb Raider" wird niemals ein Adventure sein, auch wenn da nur ein "Action" vorsteht.
Somit auch nicht die anderen Spiele dieses Genres.
Finde den Begriff aus Adventure-Sicht unglücklich; auch wenn mir kein besserer einfällt.

Und es ist schon gut so, das es sowohl ein "Another World" und ein "The Dig" gibt.
Eine Mischung von beidem brauch ich für mich nicht.
Ich spiele beides, wie Uncharted oder gerade die Assassin´s Creed-Reihe auf der PS3, aber ich fühle mich von beidem unterschiedlich unterhalten.
Und so (getrennt) mag ich das auch weiterhin

Inflation? Ich hatte angenommen, dass ist kOSHs subtile Art uns mitzuteilen, wie er seine Meinung im Vergleich zu anderen (ein)schätzt.

Aber Inflation ist natürlich auch eine Erklärung.



Zum eigentlichen Thema hab ich jetzt leider nicht wirklich was beizutragen, sorry. ^^
