Honestly I don't even know if it's still under license. Our issue is, if we don't know if it is, we have to consider it to be under license somewhere.

According to our forum rules links to Abandonware are not allowed. Because we don't know if there is still someone who holds the license.

Problem here is, MicroProse has been bought by Hasbro. Hasbro has been bought by Infogrames. Then David Lagetti bought the MicroProse rights.

We don't know what was part of each deal. But we have to assume each of those companies bought the other because of their IP's. So it might be the last buyer also holds the copyrights for this game.
