Hi all,

First of all, many apologies for writing this thread in English as I'm afraid I don't speak German.

I'm a big fan of the Gabriel Knight series and I've done a series of videos visiting the real life locations featured in the FMV game the Beast Within (A Gabriel Knight Mystery).

I visited Germany in 2008 and also in 2009. I wanted to see what game locations I could find and how similar they are in 'real life'. I took my camera along and captured some of the simularities and differences. I also had a bit of fun at Gabriel and Grace's expense using some of the more random and funny quotes from the game throughout.

I thought I'd post the links here for anyone who might be familiar with or a fan of the game. Its been a lot of fun putting these together.

Thx for the info and it's nice to see that you could complete your "munich-visitation-video-collection".

I've already watched some of your videos a few months ago and have been impressed that you found all these locations. I didn't even know, that all of the locations were real. I thought that some places, like the zoo, could have been in the US or somewhere else. I like GK2 too and I'm going to visit the places myself, if I get the chance to travel to munich-region. Haven't been there yet.

I watched the videos a few weeks ago - absolutely great stuff!
I visited some of the places myself years ago and I really enjoyed the feeling "being in GK2." It was a lot of fun to see how they sometimes changed reality for the game.
I'm especially impressed by your videos in Rittersberg because I didn't even know that this place really exists.
